The ACARP Program selects research projects every two years to receive ACARP Research Excellence Awards. The projects are selected on the recommendation of the technical committees that oversee the following research categories:

Occupational Health & Safety

Recipients of these awards will have achieved a considerable advance in an area of importance to the Australian coal industry. An important criteria is the likelihood of the results from the project being applied on mines.
